Special requirements for exposure can be discussed with the Organizers. Sponsor items and exposure will be agreed upon in a contract signed by both parties. Please contact the Conference secretariat to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

Exhibition Details

Price of Exhibition Space: € 330 per m² floor space (net.+ 20% VAT for Austrian companies). Min order: 3 m² Booth allocation is based on additional sponsoring for the congress, stand size and date of application for exhibition space and down-payment. In addition to booking floor space, exhibitors can order a standard rental booth at € 95.- per m² including the following items:

• Set up and dismantling of booth
• Wall panels, white, incl. uprights and frames: height 250, width 100 cm
• Fascia along open stand front, height 40 cm, white
• Standard lettering, black Arial, max. 20 letters
• Carpet tiles, grey
• 1 kW, 230 V, electricity connection incl.
• 1 triple socket outlet and lump sum for electricity consumption
• 1 table and 2 chairs
